Larry “Butch” Huffer, 83, of Frankfort, died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021 at his home. He was born on Jan. 16, 1938 in Frankfort to Donald and Deloris (Fisher) Huffer. He married Eileen (Esra) Huffer on July 16, 1957.
Butch was a 1956 graduate Frankfort High School and was a lifelong resident of Frankfort. He worked at Frazier Dairy, Mallory Controls, Hamilton Standard Controls and retired from Federal Mogul as a Buyer in 2002. Butch was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church, a 50-year member of the Masons, past member of the Elks, Moose and Frankfort Country Club. He coached Little League Baseball and was very active in Boy Scouts on both the local and district levels. Butch was an avid golfer and a member of Deer Track Golf Club. He played in various basketball and fast pitch softball leagues.
