The Clinton Central Bulldogs finished a strange 2020 football season with a 5-3 record after losing 28-6 to the Lafayette Central Catholic in the second round of their sectional tournament Saturday night at Michigantown.

After a scoreless first quarter, the Bulldogs took the first lead of the game when sophomore Daiden Taulbee scored a rushing touchdown from 5 yards out in the second quarter. It would be the only score of the night for Clinton Central though, as the Knights took a 7-6 lead just before halftime and scored 21 unanswered in the second half.
