The Clinton Central Bulldogs held serve on Thursday night in a girls varsity matchup against county rival Frankfort with a final of 62-32. While both teams played an even game in the first half, it was Clinton Central who came out with a consistent effort on the defensive end in the second half, holding Frankfort to just 11 points.

After the game, Bulldogs head coach Matt Crawford noted that his team’s ability to shut down the Hot Dog’s offense in the second half proved pivotal on Clinton Central’s Senior Night.
